What the model is allowed to do
It chooses. It does not invent. The region, the property and the floral scheme are picked from inventory we actually hold, and anything it names that is not in that list is discarded before you see it. The guest count and the month are read out of your own words by rule, not by the model, so the number you are quoted is always for the wedding you described.
Every figure on the result — the seats, the beds, the curfew, the transfer, the total — is computed or read from data. The model writes the sentences and nothing else, and a sentence containing a number is thrown away rather than trusted. How we price sets out where each rate comes from.
